Finally got rid of that ugly sticker plate from the cable company—this black plate with the built-in F-type coupler looks way cleaner on the wall. The coupler seats snugly, so the coax connection feels solid and doesn't wobble.
Installing this was a breeze since the coupler is already mounted in the plate — no fiddly extra parts to juggle. The black finish blends right in with my other wall plates, and it gives the coax cable a much cleaner exit than a loose connector.
The F-Type coupler sits flush enough that my modem's coax cable fits snugly without any wiggle, and the black finish hides smudges way better than the white plate I had before.
