Installed it in about five minutes and the RJ11 jack clicked in securely with no wobble once the faceplate was screwed down. The matte black finish blends in nicely with my other wall plates, so it doesn’t stand out at all.
Black looks sharp against the white drywall, and the RJ11 jack clicked in with zero fuss. Was a bit worried about it feeling flimsy, but it's solidly mounted in the standard box.
