I've terminated a bunch of these and the EZ-RJ45 design is a lifesaver—the slots let you verify your wire order before you crimp, which has cut my failed ends down to almost zero. Even with thicker Cat 6 cable, they seat snugly and the connection feels solid once it clicks.
The pass-through slots made lining up the wires genuinely easy, and I didn't have to fight with the pairs like on older plugs. First crimp gave a solid connection and the cable clicked in with a satisfying snap.
