Snapped this into my keystone wall plate and the recessed design keeps the cable nearly flush, which finally let me push my entertainment console all the way back. Termination was solid with no fiddling, and having it in black matches the plate way better than the usual silver.
Wasn't sure a self-terminating connector would actually work without a cap, but it screws onto the coax and the signal's fine with nothing plugged in. The nickel finish looks sharp against the black plate too.
Went in flush with the keystone plate and that black finish hides the wiring completely—no more ugly coax stub sticking out of the wall. The self-terminating bit saved me from crimping, which I always mess up anyway.
