Swapped out all three old plates in my kitchen for these and the difference is night or day. The finish is a matte gray that doesn't pick up fingerprints like the glossy ones did, and the plate sits completely flush against the wall.
The gray finish matched my wall paint almost perfectly, so the plate basically disappears into the wall. Installation took me under five minutes, and the screwless design means there are no visible fasteners to catch dust or look cheap.
